PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH — STRICTLY ENFORCED

Pool & Spa Enjoy our swimming pool and spa; hours are posted. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages in the pool area. After-hours use is strictly prohibited. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Large pool toys such as balls and floats are not permitted in the water. Proper swimming attire is required. Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty.

Pets: Pets must be kept on a handheld leash no longer than 6 feet. Use the Dog Walk Area at all times and please clean up after your pet. Do not tie your pet outside for any reason. Pets are not allowed in the restrooms, mini-mart, recreation hall, pool area, or playground. Barking or disturbances caused by animals will not be tolerated. No fencing allowed.

Parking: No parking on roadways or driving on the grass at any time. Sprinklers located near the edge of the asphalt are easily damaged — please stay on paved surfaces. Do not park in empty sites.

Watering: Lawns are watered nightly as needed. Please keep all belongings inside during nighttime hours to prevent them from getting wet.

Children: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children must remain under adult supervision and must be in their campsite by 10 PM.

Vehicles :The maximum speed in the park is 5 MPH. Road-licensed motorcycles are permitted if operated in a quiet, non-disruptive manner. All vehicles must be properly registered and in operating condition.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Hours: Store, pool, and recreation hall hours are posted at each facility.

Extended Stays: Any resident staying beyond 21 days must complete a residency application. Management approval is required before the extended stay may begin.

Check-Out: Please check out or re-register by 12 noon. If you wish to stay longer, contact the office to confirm that your space is available.

Campsite: Please keep your campsite clean. No tents or sleeping outside of RVs is allowed. No overnight guests are permitted.

Fires: No open fires or fireworks are allowed anywhere in the park. BBQ grills are permitted.

Facilities: The mini-mart, laundry, recreation hall, playground, restrooms, pool, and spa are available during business hours. Hours are posted at each facility. Please help us keep the park clean.

Clotheslines: No clotheslines or clothing may be hung outside your RV. Two laundry facilities are available for your convenience.

Walking: While there are no restricted walking areas, please respect your fellow campers and refrain from walking across their lawns.

Management: Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or vandalism, nor for accidents or acts of nature. Management reserves the right to ask anyone causing a disturbance to leave the premises without a refund.

Indemnity: By entering and using the facilities of this park, each guest, camper, and resident agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the park, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of or relating to their use of the park and its facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, vandalism, accidents, or any violation of these park rules by the guest, their family members, visitors, or pets. This indemnity applies regardless of whether such claims arise from the negligence of the guest or any third party.
