Please note: All rates are for up to four persons per site. Additional persons over the age of 18 years (including overnight guests) up to a maximum of six persons per site will be charged an additional $3 per day, $20 per week, or $40 per month per person.

Terms: One habitable, and one non-habitable vehicle per site. One extra vehicle allowed per site at a rate of $3 per day, $20 per week, or $40 per month. All monthly rates are a month to month tenancy.

Cancellation/Refund policy: We offer full refunds with a $10 service charge for all reservations canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged the deposit amount equal to one night.
Campers who do not call or show for their reservation will be canceled without a refund of their deposit.
No refunds due to weather or early departure.
